David is an experienced insurance litigator and advises insurers on all aspects of policy coverage issues, including inter-insurer and insurer/broker disputes, as well as acting in a wide range of professional, property and product liability cases. He has acted in cases at every level of the courts and has wide experience of mediation.

David also advises on the formulation of, and drafts, policy wordings and associated documentation for insurer clients and other insurance-related documents such as binding authorities and fronting arrangements.
