Erica Dennett
Erica has over 20 years of experience advising predominately employers on employment law and HR issues. Prior to joining Hextalls as a Consultant in 2018, Erica was a Partner and Head of Employment at a large regional law firm based in the South East.
Erica has experience of working with small medium businesses to large global organisations. Erica takes the time to get to know you and your business, including your strategic and commercial objectives. This enables her to provide tailored advice and strategies to deal with each employment/HR issue, which she will provide continued support with whilst you implement them.
In broad terms, Erica’s expertise covers all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment to managing disciplinary, grievance and performance/capability issues to ending the employment relationship whether due to redundancy/reorganisations or by mutual agreement under a settlement agreement or as part of a dispute.
